Densified Silica Fume is a pozzolanic byproduct formed during silicon/ferrosilicon alloy production. It consists of very fine, spherical-shaped particles of silicon dioxide (SiO₂) that are densified in order to increase their bulk density for easier handling. This compound fills the voids and creates a denser mix that drastically improves concrete strength, durability, and impermeability.
